Billing department calls....

In continuation to these posts ~ complaint and reply, a lady from Tata Indicom billing department called me yesterday. She asked me what the complaint was (duh! read the email, lady)? Why was I not ready to pay dial-up charges? Blah blah blah. Same story repeated again. After a lot of explaining of why I think that dial-up is not value add when you have got DSL, she finally mumbled that she will talk to her senior and get back.

Ok, so now waiting to hear back from them again.
