Tata Indicom DSL issues

2/02/2006 08:03:00 PM, posted by anand

Its been 3-4 days since I moved over to using the Tata Indicom DSL connection and I am already facing connectivity issues. It works while it works and then suddenly the WAN LED (light) on the router starts blinking and then no connectivity.

I moved away from BSNL because of connectivity issues and thought that a private player like Tata would have some better quality of service. But their service sucks as well. I have written my rants about BSNL here.

What happens to your productivity, when you have to worry about the infrastructure issues rather than the task on hand? The productivity goes out of the window.

I have already registered a complaint about this to Tata Indicom, and they said that they will get back within 24 hours. Lets see.

One thing is for sure, the next time I lose my connectivity, I am moving on to some other service provider.

Ok, enough of this rant. Take the deep breath, hold it for 10 seconds and then exhale... aah, I am feeling better.
