They sell the Patek Phillipe for 300 yuan at the silk market in Beijing. To give you some perspective, 300 yuan roughly translates to 1500 rupees or about 35 USD. I might pick up a couple of them, this weekend.

btw, the lady at the counter said that the watch comes with a lifetime guarantee. "Oh yeah, I know. So do I have to to send the watch to the manufacturer, or will someone stop by my place to fix it" I asked with a straightface.
