Earlier this week I traveled to Mumbai via GoAir. Booking the tickets through their website was an easy enough process. I like airline websites that cut to the chase and show the available options and the prices in fewer clicks. And ofcourse, the lower price makes the experience more pleasant :-)

The check-in procedure was smooth. I had already selected my seats at the time of the booking and just had a hand-baggage with me. The staff was professional and courteous. They dont serve any free meals/snacks on the flight, though you have an option to purchase a meal or some snack.

Overall, I was happy with the experience. I would definitely fly GoAir again.
