DSL for $15 a month

SBC announced that they would be offering DSL for $15 per month. Thats waaay lower than what AOL charges ($24 per month) for dial-up. SBC might be slashing prices to compete with cable cos like Comcast etc, but it would be interesting to see what kind of effect is it going to have on AOL.
