Dev work started again on FooBar Search Alerts

Since the past couple of days, I have again started work on the FooBar Search Alerts service. It has a lot of rough edges that need smoothening. I am preparing an FAQ for the service. Will also add the privacy policy and the terms of service. Will keep you updated on the changes as I work on them. After that, some serious dev work to make it work like a champ for craigslist.

Other things lined up are:
- Ability to search RSS feeds for keywords
- Ability to receive notifications through RSS feeds
- More robust user interface. (mostly server side work)
