Notification project: User creation update

As I had mentioned before there is no concept of user registration. So, the part of the application that deals with the user authentication and getting the details from the user is almost ready. I will publish a test url in a couple of days.

On a side note, now I am tracking/saving all the project files in a CVS repository.
